2009年6月29日,丽水中行与元立集团在元立国际饭店举行了银企合作签约仪式，授信元立集团8亿元。2009年7月7日，市委 孙建国书记、市政府尚清市长、郑金平副市长、省分行余静波行长、衢州分行李瑛、丽水分行徐小康。在全球金融危机、经 济危机仍在不断扩散、蔓延的大背景下，省、市建行各级领导高瞻远瞩，积极运作，给元立集团授信12.2亿元，建立并巩固 了双方长期战略合作关系。这是元立集团近二十年发展史上获得的最大额度的银行授信。

On June 29,2009 Lishui Branch of Bank of China and Yuanli Group held the signing ceremony of bank-enterprise cooperation at Yuanli International Hotel and credited Yuanli Group 800 million RMB. On July 7,2009 secretary of CPC Quzhou Municipal Committee Sun Jianguo,mayor Shang Qing,deputy mayor Zheng Jinping,president of provincial branch Yu Jingbo,Li Ying of Quzhou Branch,Xu Xiaokang of Lishui Branch and leaders of Construction Bank at provincial and municipal-level showed great foresight and credited 1.22 billion RMB to Yuanli Group to establish and consolidate their long-term cooperation relations under the background of worldwide economic crisis.This is the highest credit for Yuanli Group in its twenty-year history.

Founded in 2003,Xiuyan Manchu Autonomous County Benda Iron Mine Co.,Ltd is the subsidiary company of Quzhou Yuanli Metal Product Co.,Ltd whose total investment is more than 200 million RMB. Now the company has more than 300 employees and can produce one million tons iron powder every year.

In 2004,it was appraised as advanced unit of small and medium enterprises in Liaoning Province by Liaoning provincial department of small and medium enterprises.

In 2006 it was appraised as example enterprise by Xiuyan County Party committee and people's goverment.
