 浙江元立集团(前身遂昌钢铁厂)创建于1991年4月15日，经历十多年的发展，如今已是国家大型工业企业、全国民营企业500 强之一，生产基地除遂昌本地外还有衢州、东北辽宁等，产品从矿粉到炼铁、炼钢、轧材再到深加工各种规格金属制品，产业链之长国内之最。
衢州元立金属制品有限公司是浙江元立金属制品集团有限在衢州发展的新项目，成立于2003年5月，位于浙江省衢州经济开发区金属制品园区，现有员工6000余人、总占地2500多亩、总资产超60亿元，是中国钢铁工业协会会员、全国千家节能行动 企业、浙江省重点行业龙头骨干企业、浙江省百强企业。
公司以“开拓、求实、团结、进取”为企业精神，以打造“绿色金属制品生产基地”为使命，大力发展循环经济，已发展为一家 集矿山、炼焦、炼铁、炼钢、轧材及金属制品为一体的现代化大型企业，同时配套建设了环保而经济的循环经济项目，实现 了90%以上的用电自供，具备年产100万吨铁矿粉、130万吨焦炭、320万吨铁水、350万吨钢材、60万吨管材制品的生产规模 和年销额超100亿元、利税总额10亿元的经营规模。2008年实现销售收入75.3亿元，上交税收4.1亿元;2009年1-8月份实现销 售收入50.4亿元，上交税收4.64亿元。
未来，公司将继续延伸和完善产业链，不断扩大金属制品深加工能力，做大、做深循环经济，努力成为年销售额超 200亿元、上交税收超10亿元的金属制品生产企业，成为真正的“绿色金属制品生产基地”。
Zhejiang Yuanli Group (whose predecessor is Suichang Steel Mill)was founded on April 15,1991.Through more than ten years of development, it has become a large-size national industrial enterprise and one of the 500 strongest national private enterprises,and its production bases are in Suichang,Quzhou and Liaoning ,etc. The group produces hardware of different specifications from mine power,iron-smelting, steel-smelting,rolling to deep processing and its industrial chain is the longeset in domestic.
Founded in May 2003 ,Quzhou Yuanli Metal Products Co.,Ltd is a new project of Zhejiang Yuanli Metal Products Group Co.,Ltd,which is located at hardware park of Quzhou Economic Development Zone Zhejiang Province.Covering an area of more 1700000m2,it has over 6000 employees.With total assets 6 billion RMB ,it is the member of China Iron and Steel Association,one of the top 1000 energy-saving enterprise in China ,leading enterprise at key trades and one of the top 100 enterprises in Zhejiang Province.
Our company takes the enterprise spirit of "pioneering,practice,unity and progress" and the mission of "build green metal product production base" to vigorously develop circular economy. At present it has become a modern large-size enterprise combining mine,coking,iron-smelting,steel-smelting ,rolling steel and hardware as a whole. Meanwhile it has built environment kindly circular economy project and realizes 90% self-support of its electricity. Now it has annual production capacity of one million tons iron ore powder,1.3 million tons coke,3.2 million tons molten iron, 3.5 million tons steels and 600,000 tons pipe product with annual sales 10 billion RMB and profits and taxes one billion RMB.In 2008 we realized sales revenue of 7.53 billion RMB and revenue of 410 million RMB; in January-August 2009 we realized sales revenue of 5.04 billion RMB and revenue of 464 million RMB.
In the future,our company will continue to extend and perfect industrial chain,enlarge deep-processed capability for hardware and strengthen circular economy to bulid itself into a real "green metal product production base" with annual sales of more than 20 billion RMB and revenue of over one billion RMB.
